Greetings, all. Well, I've finally got a PowerGlove and RS232 serial interface box (the box was the hard part). I'm going to hook it up to the Personal IRIS workstation, and see how things go. (Possibly the old 3000-series IRIS, too.) The question is: Has anyone written a nice set of routines to query the glove input data? Or, other software for the IRIS (or Sun, or similar) using the PowerGlove as input? Software that you'd like to _share_??? The PC demo disk that I have does not include source code. Hopefully, I'll have a DataGlove soon, and may be asking a related question. For now, though, I'll work with what I have. Thanks for any input or direction you might provide. If you're familiar with the Glove, you know that we're only talking about a 9-byte stream, so it's no big deal to do it myself. However, the tech-specs are sufficiently vague that I'll have to spend more time than I like getting all the various inputs and their ranges mapped.
