(TORONTO) Veteran Ontario M-P-P Mike Breaugh (BREE'-oh) has formally announced he's seeking the federal N-D-P nomination in the Oshawa, Ontario by-election. The seat was held by former federal N-D-P Leader Ed Broadbent. The date of the by-election has yet to be announced. Breaugh says major issues that must be dealt with include free trade and the proposed federal goods and services tax.
