	(QUEBEC CITY)  Liberal leadership candidate Paul Martin says he
will travel to Sault Ste-Marie to tell people that it was unacceptable
to declare the city unilingual English.  
	Martin made the comment at Laval University where he spoke to
university students. As for plans by Pierre Trudeau to cross the country
promoting a new book and supporting Jean Chretien, Martin says Trudeau
is free to travel as he pleases.  
	But Martin calls himself the candidate of the future, not the past.
