(LABRADOR) A portable incinerator in Goose Bay, Labrador has been shut down. Officials say a fan malfunctioned yesterday. They say some smoke leaked into a structure that surrounds the incinerator. They add however it isn't known if any of the smoke leaked into the atmosphere nor if the smoke is toxic. The portable incinerator is used to burn P-C-B waste.
