(TORONTO) A 33-year-old man is still missing this morning, after he was stabbed in the chest yesterday. Metro Toronto Police say Lescek Shepanik was taken to St. Michael's Hospital early yesterday morning to have stab wounds treated, but he refused to cooperate with surgeons. He signed himself out of the hospital despite being diagnosed as in serious condition. Shepanik's common-law-wife, 33-year-old Theresa Paruch, has been charged with aggravated assault.
