(NORTH YORK) North York fire crews made short work of a fire in a rooming house early this morning. They were called to 15 Snowdon Street - a two-storey house in the Jane-Wilson area - just after 4 a-m. Fire crews had the fire out in minutes. Fire officials say two occupants escaped the smoke and flames by climbing down a T-V antenna. At least three people suffered smoke inhalation but police haven't reported any serious injuries. The fire is thought to have started in the kitchen. Damage has been set at 15-thousand dollars.
