	HOUSTON (UPI) -- Santa Fe Energy Partners L.P. Wednesday reported
losses of  $6.5 million on revenues of $18.6 million for the fourth
quarter of 1989, compared with losses of $21.4 million on revenues of
$13.6 million for the same period a year ago.
	The company also reported losses of $4.5 million for 1989, compared
with losses of $29.9 million the previous year.
	The company reported revenues of $73.5 million for the 12-month
period ended Dec. 31, compared with revenues of $65.3 million in 1988.
	The fourth-quarter results included the cost of relocating the
Tulsa, Okla., office to Houston.
	Santa Fe Energy Partners L.P. is an affiliate of Santa Fe Energy
Resources Inc., an oil and gas operating company of Santa Fe Pacific
Corp.
