LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A, 1990 JAN 30 (NB) -- The
Quotron Systems subsidiary of Citicorp signed an agreement making
Equinet Pty Ltd. of Melbourne its exclusive agent to market
Quotron's financial information services throughout Australia and
New Zealand.

Equinet will also provide systems support for
Quotron's current customers in Australia.

Equinet will deliver Quotron's international market data from 67
exchanges worldwide via Equinet Trader, Equinet's PC-based
service that currently delivers financial information on the
Australian and New Zealand markets. Equinet will sell the Quotron
1000 to customers who wish a broader range of Quotron services,
and will provide service for all Quotron 1000s, including those
already installed in Australia. Equinet is a wholly owned
subsidiary of McIntosh Hamson Hoare Govett, one of the largest
Australian stock brokerage firms.

Quotron also announced that in September 1989 it signed a similar
agreement with Systex Corp., making Systex the exclusive agent
for Quotron's financial information services in Taiwan. Systex
will be responsible for localizing Quotron's services by
translating selected information into Chinese and integrating the
service with Systex's own real-time stock service.
