ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, U.S.A., 1990 JAN 31 (NB) -- MCI has signed an agreement for Southwestern Bell to provide billing and collection for MCI customers in its service area. As a practical matter, this means customers in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas will now get one monthly bill instead of two.
