CAUSEWAY BAY, HONG KONG, 1990 JAN 11 (NB) -- Norman Wingrove, known to Hong Kong as the cohost of "The Electric Office," an information technology radio program, and a distinguished journalist in the computer field, has joined Newsbytes to cover the Pacific Rim.
