Cc: Thanks for the inciteful commentary. Will the Baltics continue to mediate the Azerbaijani/Armenian dispute? I agree these are exciting times. The president's proposed unilateral cut in European-theatre troops should send a good signal to the Soviet people. What will be the Soviet army's reaction?
