[alt.recovery] Literature request

I've received an email request which I'm not qualified
to handle.  Anyone else care to tackle this?

I thought about posting a heavily edited anonymous version 
of the mailing,  but have decided to avoid that entirely.
The request is simple - suggested literature on co-dependency 
for a teenage male, preferably an easy read without confrontation.

Anyone?
