TACOMA, Wash. (UPI) -- Preki and David Hoggan each had two goals and one assist to lead the Tacoma Stars to an easy 6-2 victory over Cleveland thursday night in a Major Indoor Soccer League game. The Stars, 10-12, jumped to a 4-0 lead in the third period on Preki's second goal of the game. Cleveland didn't score until Michael King kicked in a goal with 29 seconds left in the third. The Stars also got scores from Kia and Mark Kerlin, while Cleveland's second goal game early in the fourth when Dennis Mepham scored. Tacoma had 24 shots on goal, Cleveland, 9-12, had 18 shots at Tacoma goalie Chris Vaccaro, who improved his season record to 7-8.
