contracts; announced Chris Bando will manage Stockton of the California
League (A); Rob Derksen will manage Beloit of the Midwest League (A);
Gary Calhoun will manage Helena of the Pioneer League (Rookie).
	Philadelphia -- Signed shortstop Dickie Thon to a 1-year contract.
