RICHFIELD, Ohio (UPI) -- Dominic Mobilio, Tim Wittman and Freddie Thompson each scored two goals Friday night to lead Baltimore to a 7-1 win over the Cleveland Crunch in the Major Indoor Soccer League. Mobilio's first goal tied the game, then about five minutes later he took a pass from Rusty Troy for the game-winning goal which gave the Blast a 7-1 lead at the end of the second period. Wittman, Thompson and Peter Ward scored in the third period and Wittman and Thompson scored their second goals in the final period. Mobilio and Wittman both have scored 23 goals, Thompson has 9, and Ward scored his eighth. After a scoreless first period, Cleveland's Hector Marinaro scored his 22nd goal early in the second period, but that was all the Crunch could manage. Baltimore took 23 shots to 21 for Cleveland.
