CHELYABINSK, U.S.S.R. (UPI) -- Lyudmila Narozhilenko clocked 7.71 seconds Sunday to set a world indoor record in the women's 60-meter hurdles at the Soviet Indoor Championships. The time bettered the old record of 7.73 held by East Germany's Cornelia Oschkenat. Some 450 athletes from all over the Soviet Union are competing at the meet, with 30 gold medals up for grabs. In a major upset, Grigory Yegorov defeated world record-holder and Olympic champion Sergei Bubka. Yegorov cleared 19 feet, 2 1-4 inches.
