	SALT LAKE CITY (UPI) -- Karl Malone had 30 points and 12 rebounds
Friday night to help the Utah Jazz to a franchise-record 13th straight
home victory, a 105-92 decision over the Dallas Mavericks.
	John Stockton added 18 points and 12 assists for Utah, which has
won 11 of its last 12. The Jazz have not fallen at the Salt Palace since
Dec. 13, when they lost to Cleveland.
	Rolando Blackman scored 23 points for the Mavericks, who had a
seven-game winning streak snapped. Derek Harper entered averaging 16.9
points a game but managed just three points on 1 of 10 shooting.
	Blackman scored 10 points as Dallas closed the third quarter with a
17-8 rush to get to within 71-66. But Utah blew it open with a 14-2 run
that made it 101-83 with 1:56 to play.
	The Jazz opened the game with a 25-12 spree and led 50-38 at
halftime. Utah finished with a a 50-34 rebounding edge, including 22-14
on the offensive end.
