OAKLAND, Calif. (UPI) -- Center Manute Bol set a Warriors franchise record with 13 blocked shots and rookie guard Tim Hardaway had a second triple-double of the year as Golden State won its 14th consectuvie home game, 128-109, over the New Jersey Nets Friday night. Warriors forward Terry Teagle led all scorers with 31 points, 21 of them coming in the opening quarter, when Golden State took control 38-23. The Warriors built a 25-point lead in the second quarter and led 68-51 at the half. New Jersey never got closer than 13 points in the second half. Bol blocked six shots in the opening quarter. He was just two short of his career high, which came with Washington. Hardaway wound up with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists. Forward Purvis Short, a former Warrior, led New Jersey with 21 points. His last two, at the final buzzer, gave him 14,000 for his NBA career. The victory, the third in a row for the Warriors, gives them a 21-22 season mark after a disastrous 4-14 beginning. New Jersey is 12-33 and has lost eight in a row.
