	MILWAUKEE (UPI) -- Ron Anderson sank four free throws in the final
11.8 seconds and Johnny Dawkins scored 21 points Sunday as Philadelphia
extended its winning streak to 11 games with a 105-102 victory over the
Milwaukee Bucks.
	Derek Smith took a pass from Mike Gminski and scored on a drive
with 24 seconds left. He was fouled by Brad Lohaus on the play and
converted the free throw to give the 76ers a 101-96 lead.
	Lohaus hit a jumper to pull Milwaukee within 101-98 but Anderson
was fouled and sank both free throws with 11.8 seconds left to give the
76ers a 103-98 lead. Milwaukee's Greg Anderson scored on a dunk for
Milwaukee but Anderson sank two more free throws with 7.4 seconds
remaining to make it 105-100 and ice the game for Philadelphia. Greg
Anderson scored on a dunk for the final points.
	The 76ers have won five straight on the road and pulled into a
first-place tie with New York in the Atlantic with a 29-16 record. They
also topped the Bucks, 119-109, Friday night in Philadelphia.
	Milwaukee, led by Paul Pressey's 21 points, played without leading
scorer Ricky Pierce, who was out with a pulled right groin muscle.
	Gminski, who had 20 points, and Smith hit consecutive baskets to
give Philadelphia a 95-90 lead with 2:17 left. Pressey sank two free
throws for Milwaukee, but Charles Barkley scored on a drive and
converted a free throw to give the 76ers a 98-92 advantage with 1:25
remaining.
	Barkley, averaging 25 points a game, scored 10 of his 14 points in
the final quarter. He left the court briefly in the second quarter due
to a sore groin muscle.
	Milwaukee began the fourth quarter with an 8-2 run to come within
82-77 on Pressey's basket with 9:36 left. The Bucks could come no closer
until Pressey hit two straight hooks to bring Milwaukee within 91-90
with 3:03 remaining.
	Gminski scored 8 points during a 13-2 run to push Philadelphia to
an 80-67 lead with 31 seconds left in the third quarter.
	A Jay Humphries dunk with 18 seconds left cut it to 80-69 after
three quarters, but the Bucks were outscored 32-19 in the period.
	Milwaukee shot only 37 percent in the first half, but held a 38-16
rebounding advantage.
	Philadelphia forward Rick Mahorn was ejected in the third quarter
for arguing a call. Before the game, Milwaukee activated forward Ben
Coleman and placed center Tito Horford on the injured list with a back
injury.
