I want to be able to RESEND a piece of mail. Many times I inadvertantly send mail to the wrong address. It's stored in a MAILBOOK and I want to get it out of there and into a new mail document with the correct headers; i.e, stripped of the incorrect header as stored in the MAILBOOK. The closest I have come using the provided functions is to FORWARD the mail, which leaves the original message, header and all, untouched and inserts it into another mail document. I'm also able to COPY the mail document from the MAILBOOK to a CMS file and then GET that file into a new MAIL MAIL message, but I still have to strip out the original header. I'd like to be able to do this in one step, say entering a command on the MAILBOOK command line like 'RESEND <address>' which will get the mail document out of the MAILBOOK and insert it into a new piece of mail. Am I missing something obvious? Any suggestions or comments? Thanks in advance. Dave Capista Cornell University Arts College Dean's Office
