[bit.listserv.mailbook] Incorrect notebook usage

That is correct ! The MAILUSER XEDIT controls the configuration of your
MAIL/MAILBOOK system. The default is UNREAD NOTEBOOK A. You may specify any
other name by inserting SETMAIL UNREAD filename in the MAILUSER XEDIT.

It sure does, thanks. I just set in my MAILUSER XEDIT:

'GLOBALV SELECT MAIL SETL MAIL_OPTION.UNREAD UNREAD NOTEBOOK *'

and had the mail loaded to the unread notebook on disk C.

It's a bug; for some reason the code to check for an existing notebook
and use it instead does not apply to the unread notebook.  I'll fix that
in the next version
