I just checked out an FTP server (MRCNEXT.CSO.UIUC.EDU) with a LOAD of Amiga so ftware and one major surprise. There are two demos with a .tar suffix. These fi les are over 1.5 meg in size. How on earth do I download those monsters???? Andy - UCI183@URIACC

tar -xf filename.tar will uncompress them if you have a UNIX machine.
