>Question 1: OK, Christians, help me out. You're a lawyer, and one
>of your Christian brothers or sisters comes to you asking you to
>prosecute some litigation against another of your brothers or sisters.
>Do you consent? Why or why not?

I would not do it. In 1Cor we are told not to bring suit against our
brothers to an unGodly court. Matters dealing with christians should be
settled in the church.

>Question 2: You're again a lawyer, and a brother and a sister in
>Christ come to you confidentially to request that you draw up a
>prenuptual agreement for them before they get married. Do you
>consent? Why or why not?

NO WAY! A prenuptial agrrement allows for the possibility of divorce.
Christianity does not except for mariatal unfaithfulness. Even in this
case the marriage can be saved and remarriage is not a possibility.
If the partners had so little faith in their marriage I would tell them
to seek God before they get married to make sure it was His will. If
we stay in the Lord's will divorce will not come and such an agreement
is worldly and useless.
