    Well technically speaking, even though the main thought of the rapist
    may be violence and not sexual satisfaction, when you put the parts
    together, it's sex.  It may not be making love, but technically it's
    sex.  It may not be voluntary, but technically it's sex.
         You can't decide not to call it sex because it wasn't voluntary.
    The term "sex" is functional and is value neutral.  However, you *can*
    decide not to call it fornication or adultery, since those are types
    of sex.  You can also decide not to call it making love.
         But you can't decide not to call it sex.
