  Eric, I am new  to the list as of last week Friday, but I would like you to
know that I will pray for you, so that you can deliver your speech without
any flaws.
  I know how difficult it sometimes is to talk in front of an audience; I was
involved in debate for several years.  Just put your fears aside, take a deep
breath, and talk.  It often helps if you "ignore the audience"; that is,
pretend that no one is there, forget them.
  Eric, just go in there and do your best.  If you make a mistake, that is all
right, God will certainly forgive you.  You have my prayers.
