Hello all,
Thank you very much for all the kind people who took the time and effort
to replied to me. I gathered all the info, and post on the list, just in case
some other people run into the same problem.
In order to get over the high wall to go to the Island Palace. You need
to obtain the Sacred Water from the cave loacted north of Saria. Take the water
to the town of Mido to save an old lady's daughter. You will be rewarded by the
Fairy Magic Spell. The Spell will transform Link into a fairy so he can over the
high wall.
