This is the summary of the replies to my posting. I queried for ftp-sites having PD/SW-Software for the Soundblaster Card. I'll post the reply of Steve Smith here, 'cause his answer was the most complete and covered all others. Special thanx to him (and his german language!). Here's a couple sites: ccb.ucsf.edu (128.218.1.13) /Pub/Sound_list. There are lots of .snd files at this site which can be converted to .voc files with voc-hdr.exe which came with your soundblaster. snake.mcs.kent.edu /pub/SB-ADlib. In the /players subdirectory there is a 'composer' of sorts called musician.zip (and there's other stuff too). kfps-roble6-dynamic.stanford.edu. At this site are lots of sb files; you can get programs here to play AMIGA sound files on your sb too--and they really sound great (digitized voices used as instruments!). P.S. This is also the reply to Gray Clue, whom I couldn't send an answer via e-mail. -- Torge ------------------------------------------------------------------- Torge Schmidt, FB 10 Informatik, Uni Oldenburg, D-2900 Oldenburg Privat : Stadskanaal 3, D-2804 Lilienthal, 04298/55 33 (Anrufb.!)
