The SAS Institute BBS (for  tech.   support,  announcements,
training  and  publications  info., etc.) can be accessed by
dialing (in  the  U.S.)  919/481-4375.   The  communications
settings which work for me are 8,1,N at 2400 baud.

One of the bulletins available on this system is a  list  of
other  public  SAS-oriented BBS systems.  Note (esp.  to Hal
G.):  the new Washington DC NESUG BBS is *not* yet listed.
