I am using the book "Analysis of Messy Data - vol. 1: Designed Experiment" by Milliken and Johnson (1984) for my research. Chapter 28 discusses analyzing split-plot and repeated measures experiments with unbalanced and missing data. One needs to do additional calculations based on the output generated by SAS GLM to ensure that the analysis is complete. Has anyone written a SAS IML program to do the job before?
