[bit.listserv.sas-l] DMS COMMAND TO KNOW AVAILABLE MEMORY

JHARDY@LAVALVM1.BITNET (Jean Hardy) (02/28/90)

Yesterday, I sent a note inquiring about the DMS commands that enable
the user to know how SAS use the memory on PC-DOS. I now recall that
both CDE and CDM provide useful information. CDE give, as far as I can
tell, the largest block of memory available in RAM. CDM on the other
hand lists every module loaded, it's size and it's load address.

I can't say if these commands recognize EMS memory in their diagnostic.
Any information much needed on that last topic.

Thanks for your help!
