I usually call my orders in, but the Publications Catalog states that for Subscription Service orders they must receive a purchase order or payment in advance. So on Feb 13th instead of calling I asked the Secretary to send in the order w/check which she did the next day. Today I received the paper work from SAS acknowledging my order with an invoice date of Feb19 and "PAID FEB20" stamped on it. I suppose there is no hope in calling SI with my sob story, besides I wouldn't even know who to ask for. Anyone know the order #s for the manuals?
