   It is DCONFIG.EXE which can be found on the AUXGEN and SHGEN-2 disks.
   just type DCONFIG with no arguements and you will get the command
   format.  Copy the NET$OS.EXE to temp directory.  DCONFIG it.  Copy it
   back to the SYSTEM directory.
