The company I work for (mostly over the summer, but consulting during the rest of the year) is installing a network. I was to find out information about using SCSI drives with Netware 386. It seems they were informed that Netware 386 had a bug that wouldn't allow it to work with SCSI drives and the Novell is supposed to have a fix by the end of March. My question is if this is true, is it better to get ESDI drives or should they wait? What kind of performance difference on the network from the different types of drives? Any comments on this situation would be greatly appreciated.
