Thank you who replied for your efforts. I will try one more time to get help on this problem from either Novell or someone who has figured out a way around it. The problem is, work group managers (WGMs) cannot successfully create users. Now, when we tey, the account is created, but no user home directory is created. In fact, SYSCON doesn't even ask if one should be created (verify directory creation (y/n))... it just errors out. You all know why I don't want to call Novell Tech. Supp.; they charge the same hourly rate as brain surgeons and they won't be able to fix the problem anyway. Sorry if I'm flaming a bit.

And in the case of Netware 386, you spend your $8000 to get the bare product and then have to pay Novell tell them about the bugs you've found.
