A Call to Arms
Albania's exiled monarch said that his government-in-exile plans to
start radio broadcasts to the tiny Balkan state to prepare for an
uprising against Eastern Europe's last remaining Stalinist rulers.
But King Leka, 50, son of Albania's late King Zog, who was toppled by
invading German and Italian troops in 1939, said that he wants to avoid
bloodshed in his homeland.
