Back many, many years ago, I heard that Radio Canada International was going to tighten up their QSLing policy. Can anyone tell me what the current policy on QSLing is for them? Also, would the CBC Northern Service be considered the same station as RCI w.r.t. QSL'ing (i.e. I've QSL'ed CBC N.S. but not RCI, just out of laziness)? Please respond by E-mail and I'll summarize if there is interest. Thanks. -- Carlo Sgro Vote for your favorite .signature! watmath!watcgl!electro!carlo Call 1-900-GOODONE ($2 on your phone bill).

Can anyone tell me what the current >policy on QSLing is for them? Radio Canada International sends out a blank QSL card to everyone on its mailing list once a year (I think in the spring). The listener is then allowed (but not encouraged) to fill the card in with program details and have it authenticated by RCI. This limits listeners to one RCI QSL per year, and minimizes the work for the under-financed station. > Also, would the CBC Northern Service be >considered the same station as RCI w.r.t. RCI will not QSL CBCNQSWS broadcasts, either. -- Ralph Brandi ralph@lzfme.att.com att!lzfme!ralph Work flows toward the competent until they are submerged.
