I have just finished reading the FCC news release on the proposed Communicator Class Amateur Radio License. I would like to send my comments and suggested amendments to the proposal to the FCC. Does anyone out there in netland know what the proper format is for submitting comments to this PR? Please post rather than email the answer so that others can send their comments.
