The new issue of Hack-Tic is out, and among many other things, it contains
a service that may interest some people here.
If you send a magnetic stripe card and 5 US$ (DM 10, DFL 10) to the address
listed below you'll get a copy (and the original) in the mail. Only the info
on the standard tracks ISO 1,2 and 3 is copied, but this is enough for most
banking and all credit-card applications. Mail to:
