This kind of junk makes me very seriously consider adding
/Approved: nobody@rutgers.rutgers.edu/h:j to my kill file.
Plus a recommendation in the monthly posting that others do
the same.  I have asked the postmasters at Rutgers what the
deal is with their auto-approving mail gateway.  Twice, in
fact.  No response.  Well, if they won't listen to me I don't
have to listen to them.
