I just saw a device called battery buddy that takes a C size battery and recharges miniarture button batteries. It sells for about $7.00 -rsr- ... One of our local SHHH members had rigged a gadget using A size batteries to recharge button batteries. I was a bit apprehensive due to the explosion warnings from the battery makers.
