handiccapped orientated and really funny. They include in their regular
magazine Accent On Living cartoons all the time and the tend to show humor
and eleviate alot of the frustration we can have. For example in the last
issue they had one on a person illegaly parked in a handicappes space and
the road had a huge spring under it and vaulted the car away.
