Now available is RALPH THE READER Version 2.0.
RALPH is a computer program for MS-DOS computers, designed to
help blind people using speech synthesis and a screen review
package, read files. RALPH will directly read any ASCII text
file, any WordPerfect or WordStar file. Unlike earlier versions
of the program, RALPH now reads WordPerfect 5.0 and WordStar 5.0
and 5.5 files.
You can read screen by screen, or read continuously. This
continuous read mode is another new feature of Version 2.0.
You can also jump to any line, jump immediately to beginning or
end and of the file, or jump by paragraph.
The program also permits searching for any character string,
including control and extended ASCII characters.
All searches and jumps can be done either forward or backward.
The program has and will be uploaded to a number of
bulletinboards serving the disabled. If you would like it for
your board, send me net Mail at 129/89 or 115/778 with your
telephone number and I will upload it.
The program is shareware, so feel free to share it with others.
We are only asking ten dollars if you like and use it.
