And, preferably, LI> prepunched. I have the VersaPoint 40. I have heard that this LI> printer can use standard printer paper. I doubt it, but do you LI> know if any braille embosser can use regular printer paper? Linda, I also have a Versapoint. I use regular paper for things that I know I won't keep, but you have to be careful to load the paper just so or it will jam. I've heard that American Thermoform has a thinner type of braille paper available which is comparable to the price of printer paper. However, I've never bothered to track them down, so I don't have their address. Sorry I can't be of more help, but maybe someone around here has their address. Index Number: 8916 [This is from the Blink Talk Conference] As far as the Braille printer that will use regular paper. I have used 20 pound typing paper weight continuous form in my Versa Point BP1B with much success, and it is a lot cheaper way to get a printout of something that you aren't going to be doing a lot of heavy reading of, etc. The Braille Blazer from Blazie Engineering is also very good Braille with regular computer printer paper. As far as Braille paper you may want to check out a company named Metrolina. I have baught a lot of Braille paper from them in both the narrow and wide widths. Their paper quality is very good, and their prices aren't to bad.
