Hi Marda,

Well, I told you that if you confided in me that I wouldn't be
afraid of you and I am still not afraid of you! You will still just
have to prove you can beat me up I guess!

I guess you have seen by now, that most of us here have enough
intelligence not to blame you for your emotional and psychological
problems anymore than we would blame you for your blindness.

I do understand the stigma that certain ignorant people attach to
psychological and psychiatric problems and I did understand your
reluctance to share your experiences here, but, considering the
supportive responses you have gotten from many here, I guess you
know you are definitely among friends. You had better keep
considering me a friend as well or I will come and really give you
a hard time.

I know that you are going through a scary and uncomfortable time
right now, but it just needs time Marda. Time to adjust and find
the right meds, to get your life back to where you feel comfortable
and in control again.

You know, there is a standard "cliche'" in the psychiatric and
psychology field that says if the client knows the he or she has a
problem, that half the battle is won. It is very very often the
truth and you seem to be very aware that you had some problems that
needed fixing. You done good gal!

I think you will win out in the end, just don't despair if it
doesn't happen in a matter of days, give it time, allow yourself
that much. You are doing well, you have friends and support and you
will make it.

Much love to you and Keep the faith!

. Karen
