Position is available at ASsociated Services For The Blind in the
Electronic Aids Program for a trainer who has a strong background
on the IBM PC or compatables using verious forms of access
technology including speech, hard and soft copy Braille, large
print, and able to teach these forms of access to clients ranging
in ability from beginner to advanced computer user.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with and use WordPerfect 5.1,
d Base 3 Plus, Lotus 123, Quatro Pro, Q & A, and is able to learn
to use and teach new business software easily.  They should be
familiar with networking and local area networks, or at least be
willing to learn this technology since the agency will be moving in
that direction in the next year.

In addition to training the individual will be called upon to do
equipment and software demonstrations, provide in-house consulting
and support to a staff of approximately 100 persons on an as needed
basis.

Salary range for this position is: $19,800 to $28,500 depending on
experience and training.
