NT>>recommend checking a local mental health clinic that would
NT>>have sliding scale and free counseling.

 RF> We are broke
RF> cause I've tried to buy my way of depressions. Not a pretty
RF> thing to admit but it is simply the truth. I hope recognizing
RF> that is the first step to correcting it.

Has anyone besides myself tried phone counselling agencies?
Over the last 4 years, I've worked out methods of maximizing
my use of these.

As ell, soon after my release from hospital, I used
"co-counselling". Anyone else tried this? Then there are
several forms of Diary Therapy, but I've used just the two.

RF> I've been real lucky with that. Most of my friends, Patricia,
RF> and her family have been supportive. My immediate supervisor
RF> is starting to come around

I'm glad to see that yo have other resources other than this
conference. In my case, my disability means that I cannot
handle any face-to-face contact at all just phone work
(modem or voice).
