The charter of the AT&T Employee Technical Advisory Panel (ETAP) is to provide AT&T product development with expert advice on the accessibility of AT&T products to individuals with disabilities. ETAP membership is open to any AT&T employee with a disability. By participating in home field trials, human factors studies, product team focus groups, and written surveys, ETAP members help development teams to design more accessible products.
