edward l. potter about blind games. I foundthe article so true and so
necessary to be said. those who don't get dialogue I will make you a
tape copy with ed's permission just send me your address I have plenty
of voice grade tapes to spair

Tandy, the Ed Potter piece in Dialogue was right on. It's good
enough, that I'm considering using it as a program at an upcoming
meeting of the Wichita Associaiton for the Visually Handicapped.
For the reasons illustrated by Potter, I don't attend family
reunions.
Just the other day, a co-worker pulled a trick on me. He picked up
a Pepsi from the machine and when I went to take a drink, it was ice
water. I replied quickly, "So the damn Pepsi company is on strike
or what. Who do you think I am, Ray Charles or what? If you think
I'm him, then your vision is a lot worse than mine cause we ain't
even the same color" <GRINN> I got my Pepsi and nothing else was
said.
When will it ever stop?

Ed's article was great, just too bad we won't hear any more. If you
didn't get the word, Dialogue is closing down for good. Just about
everyone was told Friday the 17th was their last day. Even though
they had about half of the Fall issue done, and asked to at least do
a tape edition, the board said no and pulled the plug. We are all
going to miss this long standing publication.
