Index Number: 10030 [Note from Bill McGarry: See the following article] Hi: For a year or more, now, I have been seeing articles in the "handicap digest" which refer to "the Blink Talk Conference" or "The Blink Talk Digest". In truth, I do not know what either of these entities are. Though I am an American, perhaps the fact that I am working in Canada has isolated me from some of the communications media that might be available. In any event, whatever may be the reason for my ignorance, if someone could give me a meaningful description of the Blink Talk Conference and Digest I would be grateful. Thanks much. Bob Lambert
