On tricycles:
Anyone know of any source for well designed adult tricycles?
I have had two since my accident and both were poorly
designed. I got some info on trikes from Stavros (an
organization for disabled resources) but they were all hand
cranked (good for paras) but my legs are better than my
arms. (If anyone is interested I will provide those
addresses.) Rolling along on a trike is a great joy and I'm
sure they will be more in evidence with the graying of
America. Current Florida-type models are clumsy and
dangerously unstable (I've flipped mine a number of times).
Thanks, Don.
